Andy Carter MP visited Our Lady's Catholic Primary School to congratulate the Latchford Primary School who have recently received an Academy Order from the Education Secretary which allows them to convert into an Academy.
They will become part of a Multi Academy Trust alongside other faith schools in the diocese.
Andy has been hugely impressed by the approach taken by Mr Marciniak, Head teacher at Our Lady’s and I wish them well as they transfer and begin their new phase.
